Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the mh389 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the mh389 platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To use mh389 services in full, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, true, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. Please notify the mh389 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Users are prohibited from sharing their account with others, accessing another user's account, or using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.

Payment & Transaction Information in MYR

All transactions on the mh389 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:

The account must have completed the required identity verification (KYC) process.
Any bonus received must meet the stipulated wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be made.
Current minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply to every withdrawal request.
Mh389 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before processing any withdrawal.

All deposits made are final and non-refundable, except under circumstances specifically outlined in the platform's refund policy. mh389 is not liable for any additional fees charged by third-party payment service providers.

Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability

Users are prohibited from using the mh389 platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. Attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities, hack the system, or disrupt platform operations are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Mh389 makes no guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or suited to your specific needs. The service may be interrupted from time to time for maintenance, updates, or due to technical reasons beyond our control.

Mh389's liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the total amount of deposits you have made in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim. mh389 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Account Suspension & Closure

Mh389 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions or bonuses, or upon request by relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to any refund of unused balances.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mh389 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of mh389 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mh389.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the mh389 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
